Sumario: This paper is an exposition about the theory of justice of Fernando Vázquez (1512-1569). In particular, is a study of the nature of ius gentium (or international law), the principle of freedom of the seas and the natural law. Vázquez is one of the main authors of the Spanish Neo-scholastic. Even he is considered as the most important jurist of The Salamanca School. So, I think, the exposition of her doctrines has a special interest, for the historians and philosophers.
