Sumario: This titling project is to analyze, design and implement a solution of "Business Intelligence" in the area of financial control for the International Bank. It was developed in order to provide support in making management decisions for the strategic objectives of the financial institution. The contents of this document consists of four chapters each with its related to the development of the proposed solution subject, as detailed below: Chapter one describes the current problems of the methods that performs the area of financial control in order to obtain information to support the process of management decision making. He mentions the information to be analyzed as well as the proposed solution based on the detected problems. Chapter two contains all scientific and theoretical to cover all the terminology used in the development of the document support. Chapter three covers methodology development and deployment of Business Intelligence solution. According to the study's methodology Ralph Kimball was chosen because of its strong focus on application development business intelligence and great handling data stores. Chapter four presents the implementation considering reports display methods and / or standards defined by the institution, and the ways that users can access information exposed.
