Sumario: The investigation presented below seeks to establish a model of consumer decision; the consumers of this study are those that purchase executive shoes in the city of Cuenca. It lets to know the most relevant facts in the executive purchase behavior. The External Influences (Input), the Consumer Decision Making (Process) and Behavior After Decision (Output) are the three stages that the executive goes through for getting the footwear that meets their expectations. The proposal aims that Fergianni must apply the model developed so that the designed strategies be able to provide processes that are more technical to the company. In this way, Fergianni can produce and offer a footwear according to the needs found in the executives of the study. Through the tastes and preferences found in the executive footwear user, Fergianni can specifically focus their sales strategies towards the unsatisfied market. This market involves people older than 20 years old who lives in the city of Cuenca; they must wear executive shoes for their daily activities. This will allow Fergianni to not only increase revenue but also achieve satisfied customers who will be able to perform their job effectively in their workplace by using a comfortable shoe.
