In the present project is about of the implementation the control module for the automatic transfer of electric energy of the 50 KVA generator set of the company CODABE was carried out. The implementation of the control module had a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) it was used to controlled the system. In the moment that PLC detected a problem in the system can be phase loss (R, S, T) Low, high voltage, inverted phase and sending signal for to done automatically process of transferring electric energy. In the moment that PLC registered error was corrected the process stopped the automatic system was done retransfer to electric energy.
HMI (Human Machine Interface) was implemented a computer for to see parameters of voltage current and frequency. The display can be observed the state of the system. It could be to done the control manual of the system. The graphical interface was created using TouchWin software.
The system sends maintenance alert message at 300 hours of the emergency group operation. In the moment to done a preventive maintenance the hour meter is reset. |
