The purpose of this research is to provide the construction NICANOR LARREA &
ASOCIADOS, tools to increase productivity, reduce costs and save resources through
improved procurement area and proper management of suppliers, so that this will to
guarantee customers the delivery of the works in the shortest time possible and the best
service, for which we plan to structure a process for manual Procurement Area. Establish
strategic alliances with key suppliers. Effectively utilize the system in the Procurement
Area "Softco" by creating new modules to automate internal processes and optimize.
Propose the design and creation of a supplier portal, which besides being a source of
data, it is also a tool to discern potential suppliers and make a shortlist of the same. And
make a significant contribution in the approach of job profiles for the different areas of
the construction. |
