This work was performed with the servers from headquarters of the State Secretariat Technical of Vocational Training (SETEC) in Quito, with whom we make the workloads and value added analysis of the activities and a statistical control of process.
To integrate the objectives in the different chapters of this thesis, we evidence the development of the process in function to the actual structure of this organization, for this reasons, we detail both internal and external principal problems, that have been created bottleneck in the performance of products and services that receives the employers who require training to their employees based on the financing modalities offered by the institution.
In the analysis of value added activities that are being performed do not add value in some cases, therefore, with the simplification of procedures in the case of online demand requirements, we reduce the requirements to get a better distribution of resources at this level.
The impact in the staff salaries calculated for the period of fiscal year represents the total payroll of $739,564.53 US dollars according to the 54 people who are working in value adding processes. If activities are distributed with the same staff hiring new staff is not required.
Subsequently, we make the analysis of statistical control of process from online demand for both courses and programs that are more representatives for disbursement of SETEC, wherein the moving ranges have high variability between processes, it means that have 5.5% of variability of more.
With the last results, we analyze the products that the servers perform according to the actual process, front of the Management Statutes of the Organization by process of SETEC, focused in added value process, along with the Management and Analysis Model of territorial presence. |
