This paper describes the importance of having a digital tool or software that enables the correct handling of the information, for the automation of processes gives a perspective that facilitates obtaining reliable data and in this way generate a product that helps to take decisions that benefit to a person or organization.
It has developed a web-based system that allows you to manage, use and store the entire process in the Committee, through the structured management of the information in a database in order to improve response times of the area by means of the web application. Operations that were previously carried out manually are now performed automatically allowing agile processes benefiting the data management in general.
Among the main benefits is a proper administration of profiles that have aim to associate the information between the committee and the end user, in addition to the standardization of the process that is currently allowing the monitoring of the data throughout the treatment. Through the use of a methodology of agile software development process called SCRUM and software development tools, specific libraries that allow you to give the user a functional outcome, comfortable, effective and reliable.
The results of the software are analyzed using tests with established during development to ensure proper operation and thus the fulfilment of their tasks or processes are one hundred percent guaranteed. |
