The administrative process is a support tool to properly manage an organization. In this sense it pretends to identify the way it is applied in the small and medium enterprises in the city of Quito engaged in the retail sale of motor vehicles. At the same time it determines the relationship that exists between the above process and its success or failure in the market concerning its sustainability and positioning.
To understand the scenario in which the present research is based, first a theoretical framework that contains information regarding the conceptualization of the administrative process is defined. The administrative schools and their composing stages express its evolution. |
