The EP Petroecuador is one of the largest state companies of Ecuador and for many
years has been regarded as the main source of income for the state, which must
continually adapt to the various changes experienced in the development of their
business to maintain its position in this dynamic business environment.
One factor to consider in this changing theme is the importance of the processes
as the basis of the functioning of any organization; so with the development of this
project it can be seen that the analysis and the improvement thereof can contribute
to the organization to use in a more efficiently some resources, especially time,
non-renewable vital resource.
In the daily execution of the tasks performed in organizations may be some factors
that do not allow processes to develop properly, but eliminating bottlenecks and
repetitive activities can considerably improve the way they made the themselves
and reduce the resources that are used in them, so that process management is a
useful tool that adds value to organizations. |
