Construction companies of buildings and family houses play an important for the economy of Ecuador, which contributes to architecture, generation of jobs and encourage tourism in the cities role. This research will consist of five chapters, where the research topic is the analysis of the application of a labor audit to identify occupational hazards in construction companies building and family houses in the Metropolitan District of Quito in 2013, based on important concepts, methods and tools to be used for analysis.
Having studied the basics of this type of specialized audit, analysis of the construction sector in Ecuador with relevant aspects will be developed: history, characteristics and features, plus situational analysis of the Metropolitan District of Quito be made with the purpose of establishing the SWOT matrix to study the labor legislation and the international standard OHSAS 18001: 2007 which refers to the prevention of occupational risks.
For the implementation of research, it is important to have proper planning to determine the population and sample, thereby establishing a questionnaire to survey the construction companies on compliance with legal regulations and control activities in-situ on safety and occupational risk prevention occupational health staff building. Upon completion of the analysis report of the relevant aspects of labor audits to identify occupational hazards will be developed. |
