In 2015, PDVSA Ecuador executed a diagnostic of the “Detección de Necesidades
de Capacitación” (DNC) and planned a schedule for constant capacitation for their
workers. This execution was planned for the employees’ growth in many aspects
that helps their personal and business development.
I have based on the E. Robbins y Timothy A. Judges theory and their book
Organizational Behavior
PDVSA Ecuador has different areas which are drilling, exploration, management
and administrative with different locations as Quito, Manta and Coca. In Quito is
in which most administrative workforce composed of the following areas Finance,
Accounting, Commerce and Supplies, General Manager, Public Affairs and
Institutional Relations, Human Resources, Purchasing, Administration and
Logistics, Legal, Safety, Messaging and Mobilization, Internal Control and
Management Information Technology, bringing the total number of 53 employees
in these areas.
Due to the need for a continued process of formation and the demand for good
results considered a priority the implementation and monitoring of the DNC and
surrender result in a the training schedule for the period 2015. |
