The jurisprudence of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights has broadened the spectrum of the integral reparation, including from non-property components as true ways of satisfaction and service. Is Very important to establish monitoring strategies from civil society and academia to complement the monitoring job done by the Inter-American Court, because in the practice, it has become clear that full compliance of the sentence is very long in time to the point that the victim, the process forward to an international organ is only part of the great battle that must be prepared to continue to address to achieve effective relief of their rights. |
