The present work aims to design strategies that will enable the company Maquiservicio Perez SAS to cope future under sustainable conditions; for that the situation of the industry in which it works, and internal diagnostics of the company both financially and in administrative and commercial areas is analyzed.
The working methodology includes on one hand the analysis of financial statements and in the other interviews with both the general manager and officials and managers. The work is organized in four chapters, the first of which focused on the definition of the problem under study and its objectives. The second chapter contains the reference framework covering the theoretical analysis, conceptual framework and the legal framework. In the third chapter the information provided by the directors of the entity and the analysis of the construction industry are presented, while the last one summarizes the conclusions.
According to the analysis, the company faces a future of opportunities within the construction industry, and sustainability is determined by improve loan recovery, controlling operating expenses, improved knowledge management, specialization and reduction of intermediaries, among other strategies.
