The present work realizes the selection and fitness of a renewable system that helps to electric supplying of small populations with low level hydric sources near, for analyzing the impact of the implementation of this system type for the generation of electric energy, that reduces the use of diesel plants, because they are very expensive, environmental negatives, use fossil energies, and in most of cases don´t cover the energy for 24 hours.
The main objective is to chooses and adapt a micro hydro turbine, that can be used in non-interconnected areas – ZNI, analyzing as study case the Timbiquí population, Cauca department. For bettering, the live conditions of this population across an electric thrust, proposing an energy solution based on renewable sources.
For identifying population´s actual condition, is necessary to determine the economic, environmental, and social aspects, such as energetic needs, with the purpose to identify a micro hydro turbine of easy acquisition that adjust to region´s water level to their choose and subsequent election, proposing a physical structure and hydro system´s performance that permits to reduce costs and maintenance, repairing and operation times in this locations.
Keywords: Micro turbines, micro generator, ZNI, sustainability and environment. |
