An agglomeration economy consist of a set of enterprises that have in common not only an especific activity in terms of economy, but, the fact of being located in a same geographic environment. Within the relation among this population depends the benefits due to its close relation that those may stablish economically.
In Bogotá, specifically in San Benito´s neighborhood it can found one of these economies which work fur animal called tanneries.
Through a deep study within a location and the presentation of results of a field work that was done in that neighborhood, this research collects all the information; moreover to show the way in terms of innovation and competivity that the tanneries economy work an stablished its own levels for 2015.
