The present project shown the occupational health, safety management, and environment system (OHSE) for contractors (RUC) at Servin Ltda, in order to accomplish the requirements of the Colombian Safety Council (CSC). To achieve this aim, it was necessary to develop and identify a situational analysis of environmental aspects, impacts and the status of the management company to manage the SSTA. In regard to determinate the corrective and preventive actions necessaries for the company to fulfill the current regulations. Based on the situational analysis, the comparison was made with the guide to the Registration Uniform Assessment System Safety, Health at Work and Environment for contractors (RUC). It was necessary to make a detailed review of each of the company processes related with OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 to verified the fulfillment levels. After that, we proceeded to develop, reviewing and summarizing each action to be measuring in environmental aspect, resources, and indicators for tracking and monitoring carried out during project. As a result of this project, an improvement program (SSTA) was designed, in order to improve the inconsistencies found at Servin Ltda., within these improvement`s registration forms were developed to be used in the process of aspect identifications. |
