This investigation based on the premise of recognizing and determining the reaching that the law 116 0f 2006 may have on the employability and employment impact of the companies wich are within the framework of the regime of reorganization in Colombia, in a study period from 2007 to 2013, making an approach to Kanitz's model by structural use or their financial indicators but with the modification correlate it with the level of employability and it's effects. The investigation generates a model aimed at discriminating societies according to the level of employability, being an innovative proposal because so far is only working models predictors of insolvency but it doesn't make correlate on employment variable, variable wich is classified in three main groups, high, medium and low level of employability, determining in this way the true extent of the law 1116 2006.
It concluded that the law 1116 of 2006 has a high impact on employment, determined by the level of employability in the benefiting societies to insolvency law categorized high absorption of labor and the ability of them to keep posts work through the modified Kanitz's model, it highlights that the level of coverage under the premise of high employability of companies in reorganizations is 60.19%, getting the expectations in the economic stabilization of the different productive sectors and having an expected impact on employment policies and business competitiveness recovery and all sectors of the domestic economy. |
