Sumario: Leadership schools are spaces design for informal education and training by LAZCHELAS (Ties Building Humanities In Sustainable LatinAmerica) foundation, which aim to generate social and economic improvements after the active participation of young people in Ricaurte-Cundinamarca. This research seeks to understand the extent of the effect generated so far, based on specific research results from social surveys completed by DANE, surveys conducted to residents of the municipality by the project, building a SWOT and finally the construction of a strategic plan to identify efficiency, efficacy and effectiveness of schools. Accordingly, a positive social effect is definite. Nonetheless, is not possible to have so soon and economic impact, since it is a young project with long-term effects with no government or private entities funding.
