Sumario: This research teaching strategies of software programming languages at technical level in tenth grade night shift of School Share of Soacha (Cundinamarca), aims to show and describe the objectives, identify strategies, define and specify teaching method planning strategies, development and evaluation, structured instructors for field work with apprentices whose focus is the training of permanent and creative learning to learn, solving personal problems and its environment to compete in other environments. The instructor and learner are essential subjects in the educational process, so it is important in this study to analyze the teaching strategies used in programming languages to create change in comprehensive training expertise, knowledge and know-being. Descriptive research responds to the work done in the classroom with instructors sophomore, is inquiring at the same time requires deep reflection to generate styles of thinking and innovative practices around experiences in the development of the programming language, facing and tomorrow's challenges, a fact that is achieved with instructors capable, resourceful and knowledgeable about new technologies offered by the modern world. Besides the techniques used as observation, interviews and document review questionnaire, they allowed the researchers to propose alternatives to overcome the weaknesses found in the study and thus raise new strategies in teaching programming languages that enable learners tenth grade, linked to the world of work or continuity in the educational system. The main objective of this research is to analyze the strategies used by instructors teaching of programming languages software, technical level in tenth grade. This research is the basis for generating changes in teaching training that guide their apprentices, which provides the improvement and knowledge. Based on personal observations in Education with learners in their classrooms day after day. According to the research embodied in this document is evidence of the following: Research in education, has circumstances that necessarily produce new strategies to find solutions to the many problems that daily are developing in education or the actions of those from the classroom, they solve their own everyday problems. Research shows the need for continuing education in order to live in societies that consistently show changes in the way it is taught and learned in programming languages, which are still the heart of an entire software project. That is why trainers should foster knowledge and use of technical tools to develop the ability to analyze, design and implement technology solutions to various problems, taking into account the cognitive processes and quality criteria, which allowed analyzing teaching strategies used by trainers in their practice of teaching – learning Keywords: Strategies, Teaching, Programming Languages, Learning, Software.
