This paper provides the realization of a project with social towards the integral building staff Personnel Command of the National Army of Colombia, this project was implemented through training on Finance, Entrepreneurship and Management, thanks to the existing agreement between the Universidad de la Salle and Banco Arquidiocesano de Alimentos de Bogotá.
Since the staff of the National Army, finishes work on average ages of 38-43 years old, we seek to guide them in the proper administration of their finances using techniques that allow them to use in effectively invest their money or creating new ideas business to increase revenue.
To strengthen and expand the knowledge of staff, we organize conferences with teachers at the University of La Salle in Personal Finance, Family Business, Human Resource Management, Quality Management who helped with better experience and focused understanding of students were conducted.
