The process to find and keep health quality in our context is highly important. Every agent providing health, professionals and population must participate, therefore, as consequence, a satisfactory result in the real solution of health problems in the country might appear. Current regulations intend to give importance to a basic aspect: health service improvement. In this process every agent providing health and professionals have a commitment with every part in the process and with users as a final end of attention. Law 100 of 1993 brought a series of reflections which have involved us in users’ life quality improvement. The access to health service is the most important aspect to tend towards and therefore the process to obtain quality is indispensable.
