The immaterial heritage of civil and industrial construction in Argentina is part of the long passage of time, in anevolutionary chain that connects the distant beginnings in colonial times, through the stage of the structuring of themodern nation, down to the present. That intangible memory, visible in the oral histories, poetry, drawings, photographs,films, objects, shaped, events and various vicissitudes, is an indissoluble part from the built, and requires to belooked at carefully. The implicit and explicit cultural capital which carries this heritage highlights the importance ofthe values related to work, to fraternity and to solidarity, and its knowledge may allow us to assemble the necessarywarp and a more complete historiography of the production. |
