Sumario: This paper shows examples of recording and partial archaeological survey of two Mexican wheat mills in the centralplateau and the archaeological evidence following the ticcih-Mexico methodology to register and protect these agroindustrialhistorical sites. We make a short historical description of each site and then an architectural registrationin order to rescue and protect as according to ticcih rules.
