This project to design a methodology whose main objective is to build a model of coexistence, from a cultural change from the habitat of vulnerable people in housing projects under the horizontal property regime, so which can help in the construction of social, environmental, economic and administratively sustainable sets short, medium and long term, under the principle of shared responsibility. Given the need to verify the hypothesis was decided to use as statistical and quantitative tool socioeconomic diagnosis of 868 families from two residential complexes built for vulnerable population, one for 100 families in Lima (Peru) called Residential Los Ceibos and other to 768 families in the municipality of Soacha in Colombia. The results of the application of the methodology were successful as demonstrated in this article. |
