Sumario: This article is the result of research Collective Reflexivity: evidence of professional development.  Reflexivity is made, necessarily, for discussions that seek to theoretically making everyday decisions. However, frequent questions that come before these considerations are: What is science? How can you say that teachers' practices are based from the theoretical and methodological approach? Searching the theoretical foundation of what we're doing in a training-research projectat a public school, meant to raise awareness about what psychological or educational theoryfed our decision-making: a knowledge that was scientific, based on the authors' theoretical systems with whom we share principles and assumptions to support our daily practices. This article is the result of reflection on educationa lresearch project. Transference to practiceIn the formative research conducted in apublic school look for, from the first aspect (training), promote professional developmentin the quest to over come collective dilemmas from everyday reflexivity and from the shared construction of school educational project directed towards a better teaching and learning process. From the second aspect (training), understood as the process of reflexivity teaching through critical analysis of reflexive logic levels in the collective search for over coming daily dilemmas and shared construction of political-pedagogical school.
