The text combines issues related with contemporary trends in internal communication, technologies for orality, and their influence on the varying forms of subjective agency found in organizational contexts. The article poses a question about the conception of an organization as a compound of energies, actions and alternatives of social transformation; it also puts forward an argument in favour of a political conception of organizational communication, since it involves practices that have an impact on subjective agency at both micro and macro cultural levels. |
