Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma of the External Auditory Canal: A Case Report

Adenoid cystic carcinoma of the ear canal is a very rare tumor, with high probability of perineural invasion and metastasis. The aim of this paper is to present a typical case of a 63 year old woman who debuted with hearing loss, aural fullness and otalgia.
