Actually, epilepsy surgery is a treatment option in patients with refractory epilepsy. The epileptogenic zone definition is the most important target for the surgical treatment and its definition is the result of a careful evaluation by a multidisciplinary Tim finding the epileptogenic area, irritative area, etc, enunciated by Luders and then, choice the best surgical alternative.
