Sumario: The retroperitoneal ganglioneuromas are neuroblastic benign tumors, uncommon, mostly located in the posterior mediastinum and retroperitoneum, most common in children than adolescent especially in girls. The diagnosis is made with images. The article reports the case of a 35 years old female patient, who was admitted with abdominal pain. abdominal CT showed solid lesion above the renal pedicle, taken to surgery and whose pathology confirmed the diagnosis.
