The following article aims to offer a framework that allows a better com-
prehension of the most relevant aspects, developed by three educational
institutions that constructed innovative and significant paths in the area of
school justice. The study explored the experiences of the institutions, based
in the just community theoretical model. This process allow the authors to
unveil the principles that support school actions, the configuration dimen-
sions of school justice, the action plans that guide school projects, and the
challenges of the educational practices. As a consequence, the researchers
expect with this study to enrich the available knowledge and the discussion
around the problem of mediation of school conflict. |
