This paper presents the results of an interpretive research, based on case study methodology, where the development of the Environmental Management System of the Management of Field analyzed Ingenio Providencia SA. The research raises a methodological guide supported in the NTC ISO 9004: 2010, to determine the maturity level of environmental management in the management field and paths that identify the main strengths and challenges to achieve the appropriation of environmental management system, also pedagogical practices that are used to generate such appropriation into the management field are recognized.
On the other hand, the paper aims to stimulate the participation of the High Director Educational Services from the design of educational strategies that enable the development and implementation of administrative trends in business, between these management systems; this allows comprehensiveness between higher educational institutions and the private sector and / or public, showing that the joint work between both parties is possible and necessary for organizational success, social responsibility and environmental transformation of organizations and there are no barriers between administrative and academic management. |
