Sumario: After trying to apply the law of justice and peace from a maximalist perspective, the Attorney General's Office used prioritization criteria to investigate a number of cases. This attempt left most of the potential applicants to the law of justice and peace in legal uncertainty. No one knows what will happen to these people. Many of them are coming out from prison after serving sentences of eight years, which casts doubt upon the guarantee of compliance with truth, justice reparation and non repetition themes. The solution to this crisis could be the implementation of the legal framework for peace by means of the pro homine or favorability principle to applicants non prioritized by the law of peace and justice.
