The objective of this project was to identify the variables and covariates for the technical evaluation of a project. Analysis found that the technical evaluation consists of three variables are size of a project, location of a project, and a project engineering, these in turn include their respective covariates. The purpose of this research is to perform a procedure to perform this assessment based on the information collected. It is a descriptive study; a base of digital and physical data was performed; the information was obtained through physical documents and websites. Two instruments to collect, sort and analyze the common information in the literature were designed; Finally, we proceeded to draft the degree work with the analysis of the variables and covariates consulted the technical evaluation. The results show that of the 15 authors consulted on the technical evaluation, 87% say that this is made up of Size, Location and Engineering of the project, while 13% mentioned some additional variables, however, these are referred by 87 % within three already mentioned. |
