The main objective of this research is to report as a rehabilitation process can be carried out in an equipment health and urban environment, it is understood the main problem of the situation of Medellin in key special equipment for specific health programs to this urban utopia, which enabled health differentiate a polygon in which the biomedical clinic was planned and designed its urban environment in such a way that would allow the rehabilitation process through various daily activities was raised.
A process of desk research, which the foundation for a process design justified extracted is performed. Having said that, we proceed to analyze the object of study of architectural design in which regulatory, technical and formal theories of accessibility apply both in architecture and urban, determining key elements such as movement, spatial distribution and configuration formal, in these key concepts, theories on architectural processes, medical, physiotherapy and orthopedic applied in pursuit of a process of physical rehabilitation.
