Sumario: Academic plagiarism: legal illegality, is a text where are collected varied points of view of authors who have managed to make recognizable this practice, today very widespread in institutions and educational sectors, in which, if their use remains, deslegitimaría mission, vision, policy and philosophy of the, in this case higher education establishments. It can be said that this form of fraud, dishonesty or illicit academic university life permeates and transcends it, however organizations, institutions and the State seek to put a stop to such abnormal behaviors and as response to these violations set forth penalties for which doctrine and jurisprudence have contributed. Another relevant aspect is plagiarism in relation to copyright, which is provided for in the Constitution, the legislation, as well as looks political, economic and cultural ethics. Also put in evidence the fragility of academic and curriculum of universities to these anomalies, which take measures social, cultural, promoting the clean work and a great boost to the field of ethics and politics to get to working life and the professional field to morally valid individuals for this society.
