The objective of the present work is to design the logistic process in the material supply in the company Incel S.A., applying tools or methods that allow us to improve the control of inventories and to maintain the service to the client. Industrial engineering tools were used to understand the current state of the process, identify opportunities for improvement and define a series of protocols for inventories that allow inventory control in a way that does not negatively affect supply and service level. |
