Sumario: Considering that in the current context prevails a social and interdisdplinary discourse about the status of the victim and the approach of trauma, this latter understood as a frightening event, objective and phenomenological in terms of passivity of the affected, especially in the field of infancy and childhood; this paper proposes a conceptual and clínica) perspectiva of the notion of trauma articulated with the notion of act, within the scope of subjective responsíbility and ethics in the dinical psychoanalytic. Is conduded that part of the overall dimensión of the act of the subject, especially in the therapeutic context, is a possibility of Subjectivization in which a subject -even in childhood- can take charge of their suffering.
