This article presents the results of research in which questions were asked about the organizational climate perceived by people linked to the same organization, through different modes of engagement. The study was conducted with workers linked to an enterprise IT solutions and software development for client companies located in Cali Valle, with three types of modes of engagement: indefinite term contract, provision of services and learning contract SENA. The research was conducted as a case study using mixed methods (quantitative-qualitative). A survey was used Likert scale in the first phase, quantitative court; in the second phase, qualitative, semi-structured interviews using the technique of content analysis. The results indicate that there are some important differences in perceptions of organizational climate depending on the modes of engagement, mainly in the dimensions of compensation, career plan, training and development and leadership. |
