This paper explores an alternative externalizing of violence experienced by two (2) young of stratum three (3) from the City of Cali - Colombia, across consumption of rap music. The violence can be elaborated by different forms of expression as the writing, the singing of music rap. In the investigation he becomes aware that there exist different factors that make the above mentioned externalizing be possible, so much the experiences that have lived each of these young in his social contexts like the particular relations and the familiar and cultural capitals that have managed to establish. This information collected across semi-structured interviews, sample that the music allows to establish a connection, across the sung speech, between an emotional personal load with the topics expressed in the songs most listened by the interviewed ones, allowing not only an identification of the young with the artists and the music to that they listen but also the beginning of a production - in this case, an externalizing - of many of his dramas and intimate problems. |
