Objective. The general purpose of this investigation was to characterize the favoring conditions for the stability in the relationship in a group of four women from 25 years old to 35 years old, living in Cali, in the same way, to identify the favoring conditions for the stability in the relationship, to identify the affecting conditions in the stability in the relationship and to describe the strategies that women do to keep the stability in their relationship. Method. It was a qualitative descriptive, interpretative and transversal study, based on in-depth interviews of four women that have lived together with their partners for more than five years. Results. About the favoring conditions in the relationship were found that the dialogue that strengthens the communication and the economic contributions of both members of the relationship are two conditions which more favoring the relationship. In the same way, were found that the excess of individuality and the impact of lack of money were conditions are those affecting more the stability of the relationship. |
