Sumario: This article allowed delve about the implications on the psyche and behavior of some offenders subject who voluntarily join a state protection program, since it is not payment of the reward or legal benefits, but of existence only other elements of unconscious order to allow the subject radically modify their criminal structure, subject to a number of limitations previously established by law, finding in psychoanalytic theory specific elements that allow us to understand the subject immersed in society and culture knotted the law that links to the categories of law, such as guilt, responsibility and punishment, establishing a direct relationship with the norm, being that it is the fact of being heard beyond the act of ratting, assuming their connection to this such programs not only as an escape from their criminal activities, but as a quest to appear somehow to the Other of law, representing the father, who once failed.
