For the public accounting professional, learning English is a need because the job market demands it. This paper’s purpose is to analyze the perception of the English program quality in public accounting students from the University of San Buenaventura Medellín, by collecting claims and thoughts through surveys, in which the strategy of the language center is found to be well-targeted, complaints can be found, it doesn’t fill the expectations of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. Therefore the intention is to contribute to the quality improvement of the English education in the University of San Buenaventura. |
