The research work "Measuring the management of innovation in service companies" presented to the program Specialization in Integral Management of Projects, University of San Buenaventura Cali, aims to develop a web application to measure the management Of the innovation of service companies through a survey.
A quantitative approach was adopted. The type of study is descriptive that served to measure the state of innovation in the service companies in the city of Cali, through a survey segmented by type of business, product and number of employees. This is done by reviewing the specialized literature. |
