With the next final project for graduation, the general objective is to identify techniques for recovery projects in crisis. The methodology used was a descriptive quantitative; the information was obtained through physical documents and databases of scientific classifying documents by author, purpose, method and result. The main variables and covariables from which the procedure was developed were selected. The results show that the authors consider the following points as vital in the process of identification and recovery plan for crisis, these are statement of the project work, project scope, stakeholder management and recovery plan. With the analysis we can conclude that the main thing in the project management is the application of techniques to measure constantly preventively health status of them to avoid getting into a crisis. |
