Sumario: The present investigation is effected by the purpose of describing the perception that they have of the program of Master in Physical Education and Sports of the University San Buenaventura of the city of Medellin, opposite to his formative process and the institutional well-being. For the development of the study there was in use a quantitative, not experimental methodology, with a descriptive approach, the instrument of compilation of information was a survey closed with 70 questions, the sample of the investigation centred on 47 students of the notable program, which agreed to take part in a voluntary way in the study. Inside the results of the investigation one thinks that the formative aspect in the program of Master in Physical Education and Sport needs of an intervention of reinforcement and deepening, regarding the academic thing and to the educational body. Of equal way, is observed that the majority of the students think that the department of institutional well-being must improve his processes of spreading. One of the conclusions of the study centres that, the university must reinforce so much the processes of formation, by means of the qualification of his teachers and the optimization of his curriculum, hereby, the students will be able to increase his level of satisfaction, action that helps to increase his learnings and to be constituted in a competitive advantage for the university in his process of accreditation in high quality.
