This article is the result of an investigation process that work with three ex combatants of insurgent groups in Colombia but nowadays work as promoter of reintegration in the ACR, the interviews is the instruments that use the author to collect the information and in this way analyze them, to describe the objective that was: understand the meaning that were built each participant of his process of reintegration. The results of the investigation shows that the relationships that the ex-combatants make during the process are the principal and important thing to get a job and have opportunities to work as the same time to have reconciliation spaces. |
