Sumario: In Colombia, enforced disappearance is a political strategy that will be used in the past and present; However, the term refers to a criminal offense in Colombia where the person has been deprived of his will, generally has been identified in the context of crimes of a socio-political nature. It generates losses of person, families and social group creating violation in the human rights, cruel treatment to the survivors of this crime and some psychological impacts. Secondary victims are those who suffer psychological injuries in the face of the loss of their relative, because they do not perform the mourning since they do not know about the whereabouts of their relative. This research was carried out from a psycho-juridical perspective to inquire through interviews and psychodiagnostic instruments such as: SCL 90, Posttraumatic Stress Scale and Traumatic Experiences, on the damages caused to the secondary victims left by this criminal act; According to the results within the possible sequels include psychic injuries generated by the terrorist act experienced since they live as a negative event and in turn endanger their physical or psychological integrity leaving them emotionally affected.
