The principal objective of this work It’s to do a monograph that allow us define the viability of an entrepreneurship project, based on the creation of a Brewery which will offer innovative products that will focus on the presentation of new flavors.
Starting off on the results of the market research survey which was answered by 50 students from the Faculty of Business at the San Buenaventura University, the most outstanding results show the approval of a new beer with a different flavor of the usual, the range that the client will accept to pay to consume the product and what flavor they will like to find in a beer. We can conclude that the presentation of a beer different of the usual it’s appealing to the consumers and they are willing to try it if the product can be found on the range of prices affordable for the consumers.
