The present study aims to analyze the psychic structure of patients with depression and attempted suicide. Also in this investigation, five patients who were hospitalized were taken into account, who underwent a study of their anamnesis or clinical history, open semistructured interviews and projective tests, which were thematic apperception tests (TAT) and test of the human figure. Therefore, most of the patients with depressive facies, mental confusion, tendency to be obsessive compulsive, sensitive, demanding care and approval, show hostility to the opinion of Those of others, feelings of weakness, insecurity and low self-esteem. Finally, two aspects were found that are the triggers of suicidal ideation in these adolescents, where they have kept repressed for several years the situations occurred, one of these has been the lack of affection of the family towards them for this reason tend to break the Security and low self-esteem, on the other hand triggers the psychosocial relationships that occur in the social environment and in school for what they spend most of the time |
