Sumario: The marketing is an element worked by all the organizations to offer your products and services to an objective public, in any part of the world. The social marketing that it is born of the need to offer a change of thought and behaviors of the society for the common good, in necessarily not only to be applied by the private company as Social Managerial Responsibility, but also by the government of every country, also in this document writes the form in which in the country there is applied the social, not alone marketing as social managerial responsibility, but also as aim of the Colombian government, on having known how it is possible to apply and as it is applied in agreement to the analysis of documentation and digital means of this type of marketing. The aim of this writing is to document, the trends of the marketing applicable to the social marketing or 3.0 and as, like in the Colombian state the social marketing is realized, for your correct fulfillment of aims raised as for the social responsibility that this one transports, by means of the bibliographical search and persons' digital means that work the topics previously mentioned. In the country it is necessary to do the most didactic campaigns for the society, since a constant interaction is not had by the public ones, on the contrary the information is sent and a suitable feedback of the happened is not realized in the same one, which does that the same mistakes continue being committed and new, beside not having a suitable documentation and of easy access to realize any type of learned lessons.
